Robert (Rob) Dean Mitchell (8/4/65 – 16/3/22)
Rob was a loving and fun husband, son, brother, Uncle and friend who loved riding motorbikes, playing darts and working our farm. He was clever and very handy bloke with a cheeky sense of humour.
He was diagnosed with aggressive Stage 4 Paraganglioma in September 2018. Paraganglioma is rare, and metastatic Paraganglioma even rarer. Despite there being no cure he battled like a Trojan and took every opportunity available to fight the cancer and prolong his life and hopefully help others with, and at risk of, Paraganglioma. In the intervening time he lived life to the fullest.
He died on 16th March 2022 after a fierce fight.
