My Mother Sandi was diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine Cancer mid 2022.
Unfortunately it was a late stage diagnosis.
We are hosting a sausage sizzle and a raffle during a Novice Powerlifting Competition at South Coast Barbell … one of our community gyms of which I am a member and a participant of above mentioned Comp.
Our aim is to promote much needed awareness of this disease both within our medical services and our general community – this will aid in earlier diagnosis and better outcomes for patients.
Funds are necessary for NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia to increase their ability to assist patients newly diagnosed and promote education to the public.
