Linda started at the Unicorn Foundation in casual/part time position, in 2015 to provide support with administration, fundraising, events, database management and other related tasks. Personal experience with Neuroendocrine cancer led her to the foundation as her father passed away in 2004 from NETs and her family struggled to find information and advice during those difficult years.
Her professional background includes working in IT as a Software Implementation Consultant then progressing to be Director of an accounting software business. Linda has previously worked as a freelance writer assisting with editorials and web content. She has also written and published a cookbook “One Bowl Allergy Free Baking” and had many articles printed in a wide range of magazines.
Linda is proud to be a part of the Unicorn Foundation team raising awareness for NET cancer and helping patients and families with information and research.
