Overview
This is a webinar about legal and financial planning, for people affected by neuroendocrine cancers.
A cancer diagnosis may mean a loss of income, on top of many out of pocket costs that may not be covered by insurance. The Cancer Council Pro Bono Program connects people affected by cancer with free professional legal, financial planning, workplace or small business advice and support where they would be otherwise unable to do so due to cost, illness or other barriers.
What is covered in this webinar:
– Financial issues associated with a diagnosis including:
– Superannuation
– Insurance
– Debt management
– Legal issues arising due to a diagnosis including:
– Wills and power of attorney documents
– Legal & financial information resource
– What is the Cancer Council Pro Bono Program and how can we support?
