A penny for your thoughts

  • October 30, 2018

From time to time we ask
for feedback, to make sure we are on the right track with support services that
meet the needs of our unicorn community.

We would so appreciate you
sharing your thoughts with us in a brief online survey. Individual results from
this will be confidential, and used to improve the services we provide. We are
keen to hear from anyone affected by NETs in Australia (regardless of whether
you are in a support group or not).

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/UnicornTouchpoint2018

The survey will be open
for one month, closing at the start of December.

Thanks so much – we
really appreciate your participation!
