Have You Used Our NET Nurse, Counsellor or Dietitian Services This Year? We’d Love Your Feedback

If you, a family member, or someone you care for has had a call with one of our NET Nurses, Counsellor or Dietitian at any point this year, we’d really appreciate a few minutes of your time.

Where appropriate, and depending on the nature of your enquiry, you may receive an email inviting you to complete a short feedback survey. We know inboxes are full of surveys, and it’s easy for ours to get lost in the noise, but your response genuinely matters, and here’s why.

Why your feedback matters

Your feedback helps us in two important ways:

  • It helps us improve. Your experience, good, bad, or somewhere in between, tells us what’s working and what we need to do better.
  • It supports our funding. NECA reports this feedback to the Department of Health as part of our Government Grant requirements. Without enough responses, we can’t accurately show the impact of these services, which puts continued funding at risk.

It’s quick, and completely anonymous

The survey takes just a few minutes to complete, and it is totally anonymous and confidential. We won’t know who submitted it; we only see the combined results.

Thank you

Every response helps us keep delivering, and improving, the support our community relies on. If you’ve spoken with one of our team this year, please take a moment to share your thoughts. We’re truly grateful for your time.
