Prostate Neuroendocrine Cancer

Overview

Primary Prostate Neuroendocrine Cancer are also rare and account for less than 5% of prostate cancers. More frequently, small sections of Neuroendocrine carcinoma occur within the far more common adenocarcinoma form. Treatment options for prostate cancer are active surveillance; Radical prostatectomy, External beam radiotherapy, Brachytherapy (internal radiotherapy); and Hormonal therapy.
