Woven Silk Wrap/ Scarf

Hand dyed with my home grown Indigo plants

By Michelle O'Hara

A multidisciplinary artist creating artists books, markmaking and eco dyeing.
Earth Fibre is all about coming back to nature.

Using environmentally sustainable practices, my botanically dyed work focuses on using the natural dyes from nature itself which reflect the unique form and colours of the Australian landscape.

The beautiful but often discarded wind fallen leaves I use are gathered from local surroundings on the Sunshine Coast hinterland and beach side areas of where I live.

This woven 100% pure silk Wrap / Scarf is hand dyed by me using my home grown Indigo Plants.
