Dana is a registered nurse with 5 years’ experience in primary health care, she has recently moved from Auckland, New Zealand to Brisbane, Australia. Dana completed her Bachelor of Nursing from Manukau Institute of Technology then went on to complete her post-graduate certificate and post-graduate diploma from The University of Auckland. Dana completed post graduate studies in pharmacology, biological science and has completed her designated RN prescribing which in New Zealand she has been able to assess, consult and prescribe medications for patients, ranging from paediatrics to geriatrics who present to primary health with a wide range of health conditions.

Dana has a keen interest in Neuroendocrine Cancer/oncology and is diving right into all thing’s Neuroendocrine Cancer/oncology related. Dana is driven and determined to extend her wide range of knowledge and is passionate about advocating for her patients, in hopes of having a positive impact on her patients and their health outcomes. Dana joined NECA in 2024 in the role of Neuroendocrine Cancer nurse and brings awareness to Neuroendocrine cancer and the struggles our patients experience.
