A/Prof Gabrielle Cehic

Gabrielle brings over 30 years of experience in cancer care as a Nuclear Medicine Physician and Medical Oncologist, with a dedicated focus on Neuroendocrine Tumours. Based at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide, she continues to lead the expansion of precision oncology (Theranostics) services for South Australian and Northern Territory patients. She is committed to advancing survivorship, enhancing patient’s quality of life, and integrating multidisciplinary perspectives to improve outcomes.

As a long-time supporter of Neuroendocrine Cancer Australia’s mission, Gabrielle values the foundation’s five pillar approach- support, education, research, awareness and advocacy. Her participation on the NECA Research Advisory Panel underlies her commitment to strengthening Australia’s expertise, access and equity in NET care, always with the goal of ensuring every patient feels informed, supported and empowered throughout their journey.
