MedNews announce “MSD leads PBS Christmas gift list”

Advocating alongside VHL patients is the very heart of what NECA do, we are absolutely thrilled with yesterday’s inclusion of  Belzutifan on the PBS listing effective 1 December 2024. Thank  you to each and every patient and healthcare professional that advocated, signed petitions, lobbied, met with local MPs and attended the NECA VHL Parliamentary event, this positive outcome is the work of a united voice so that VHL patients receive the equitable treatment options they deserve.

Meredith Cummins, CEO of NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia stated “words cannot express how fabulous this is for the VHL community – there is now HOPE for so many generations and this is no longer just a dream we wanted to come true!”

Welireg (Belzutifan) listed on PBS 1st December, a great Christmas gift for VHL patients.
