Tammy is a Registered Nurse completing her Enrolled Nursing at Royal Perth Hospital 1989 & Bachelor of Nursing with CURTIN and graduating in 1994. Completed Post Graduate Certificate in Public Health (Epidemiology & Biostatics). Tammy has worked in nuclear medicine for 16 years and in theranostics for 14 years. She has gained a wide range of experience in various disciplines including research, oncology, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine imaging/PET scans, SIRT sphere delivery, community nursing, gastroenterology and cardiology. Dana is a registered nurse with 5 years’ experience in primary health care, she has recently moved from Auckland, New Zealand to Brisbane, Australia. Dana completed her Bachelor of Nursing from Manukau Institute of Technology then went on to complete her post-graduate certificate and post-graduate diploma from The University of Auckland. Dana completed post graduate studies in pharmacology, biological science and has completed her designated RN prescribing which in New Zealand she has been able to assess, consult and prescribe medications for patients, ranging from paediatrics to geriatrics who present to primary health with a wide range of health conditions.…

Adie joined us as our Marketing and Partnerships Manager in 2020 with the goal to raise awareness about Neuroendocrine Cancer and increase our engagement with our important stakeholders including our patients, donors and collaborators. With over 20 years experience in Marketing/Sales/Coaching while working in media, prior to joining NECA she also ran her own media agency for 5 years and draws on this experience to bring a collaborative approach to all she does at NECA. Caley Schnaid

Specialist Neuroendocrine Cancer Dietitian

Caley is an Accredited Practising Dietitian in Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dietetics at the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2002 and moved to the United Kingdom a year later. Caley started working at the Royal Free Hospital (London), which is a Neuroendocrine Cancer Centre of Excellence, in 2008 as Clinical Specialist Dietitian in Neuroendocrine Tumours (Neuroendocrine Cancer) and Oncology, where her interest in working with Neuroendocrine Cancer patients began. Amanda Stork

Specialist Neuroendocrine Cancer Counsellor

Amanda is a registered counsellor and a passionate advocate for NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia. Amanda has lived experience as a Neuroendocrine Cancer patient, and since 2016 is an active member of the Consumer Advisory Group for NECA. Amanda is also a Global Advisory Board member for INCA, the International Neuroendocrine Cancer Alliance. Having completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, Amanda went on to complete her Masters with the University of Queensland, specialising in counselling. Kara Tyndall

Content Manager

Kara has over 15 years of marketing, communications and social media experience and has worked across multiple industries such as broadcast media, not-for-profit, government and education, joining NECA in 2022. Kara has recently held the position of Communications Manager at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University and campaign manager for a social impact creative agency. She enjoys overseeing a project from beginning to end, observing the impact of research and communications and how it can make a difference to the health and wellbeing of Australians.
