City 2 Surf 2013

  • August 18, 2013
This years City 2 Surf saw a number of runners challenge themselves over the famous 14km distance from Hyde Park to Bondi for the Unicorn Foundation.

We recognise the fabulous efforts of Tom Reddacliff who ran the race for a second year in a row for the Unicorn Foundation. Despite sustaining an injury in the week preceeding the race, Tom valiantly completed the course to the proud cheers of family and friends. In doing so he raised in excess of $6000 for the Unicorn Foundation and Australian NET cancer research. This amount will give 4 patients with NET cancer the ability to be involved in the CONTROL NETs trial. Well done Tom – truly amazing.

Thank you also to Nathalie for raising $1000 in memory of her mum, Amanda Warriner who ran to support her brother for raising $410, and Rachel Pinchbeck who ran to support her Aunty and raised $760.

So proud of all your efforts, look forward to seeing you next year!
