Cricket’s Tour for a Cure

  • May 25, 2016
Cricket's Tour for a Cure is an initiative aimed at providing support and resources to the families of those nearest and dearest to us in the Cricket NSW community who are currently fighting the battle against Cancer.

In April the team at Cricket NSW swapped the bat and ball for lycra and two wheels and embarked on a journey from the Sydney Cricket Ground to the Melbourne Cricket Ground to raise funds for Cancer treatment.

With a goal of $30,000 the team batted above their weight and have currently raised over $36,000 with close to $9,000 going to the Unicorn Foundation. We are so thankful to Gerard and his friends for this incredible donation which will go a long way in continuing our support services and towards research.
