Pat’s High Tea Success

  • May 22, 2018

Thanks to the hard work put in by Pat Meehan and her team in the months
leading up to her High Tea fundraiser, ticket sales of 104 plus raffles and
donations contributed to the final total of nearly $3,000 raised for Unicorn
Foundation, a sensational effort!

“Tea for Three” caterers provided the delicious food and our
NET Nurse Kate pre-recorded a short educational video about NETs and the
Unicorn Foundation to show on the day.

Here are some words from Pat about her special fundraiser
day…..

“The High Tea yesterday was a wonderful day and everything
went off according to plan. Everyone was most interested in Kate’s presentation
which was received very well with (as usual) not a lot of people having ever
heard of NETS. So many guests commented on the beautiful nurse and how
informative her talk was and what a delightful person she is, so hats off to
Kate. The USB was a great way of getting the message out to the community in
the country without any expense. Every pamphlet on the tables was taken. The
food was delicious and beautifully presented, everyone appeared to really
enjoy. I have been blown away by all the support I received to make this event
such a success.”
