Maggie’s Annual Afternoon Tea

On Sunday, 11 September patient Maggie hosted her 4th annual fundraising afternoon tea with all proceeds going to the Unicorn Foundation.

The lead up to the day was not as smooth as Maggie had hoped, she ended up in hospital but she would not let this stop the afternoon from going ahead.  Maggie managed to get a day pass from hospital to be at home to host the afternoon.

The day went fabulously well, with fundraising activities including; guess the weight of the fruitcake, guess how many M&M's in the jar, name the song and the singer, and a magnificent pear topped cake was auctioned.

Maggie tells us that that everyone had a beautiful sunny day and lots of fun was had by all.

You are amazing Maggie and we are so grateful for you everything you do for the UF!
