NeuroEndocrine Cancer Australia hosted this webinar in November 2020, featuring specialist NET Dietitian, Erin Laing. Erin recently completed her PHD into the nutritional needs of people affected by NETs.
The Nutrition in NETs study is a comprehensive exploration of the nutritional complications experienced by people diagnosed with a NET.

This webinar covers:

– The presence of complications including malnutrition, weight change, vitamin deficiencies, and dietary change and their impact on patient quality of life.
– Results of an international survey of NET health professionals exploring their practices in regards to nutrition management in NET patients.
– Recommendations for education and screening to improve nutrition care in NETs.
