Facebook Friday 20/11/2020 – Sexuality and NETs (Part 2) feat. guest expert Dr Amanda Hordern

Overview

So this week we completed our two-week series, exploring the complex and deeply personal area of sexuality and intimacy, and how this can be affected by NETs. We know this is a very sensitive area for most of us, and for some of you this may not be something you feel OK about engaging with, at this point in time. It’s totally fine to sit these ones out, if that’s the case for you. Having said that, we are taking a very gentle approach, so although earbuds might be a good idea if you have children in the room, we will be trying to stay well within everyone’s comfort zones.
This week we were thrilled to introduce you to a very respected colleague, Dr Amanda Hordern. Amanda, who has a palliative care and cancer nursing background, did her PhD into the area of sexuality and cancer several years ago.
This week’s session is a follow up to part 1, last week – if you’d like to catch up with this, you can watch it at https://youtu.be/_KUAHp7BR2Q.
