UF $1 million dollar research fund

Our aim by the end of the year is to have raised $1 million dollars to fund Australian based NET Cancer Research.

Through various fundraisers including our Sydney Cocktail party in May, and our gala dinner in Adelaide in August of this year we are hoping to reach our goal of $1 million to put towards grant requests for Australian based research into NET Cancers.

Sadly research for cancers such as NET Cancer is under funded, under represented and under resourced meaning that advancements in patient care or even a cure are very limited. We want to help change this and are excited about this campaign. If you would like to help please go to our donations page

You can help too by holding your own events, or participating in an activity such as a fun run. You can start your own page through our website and send to family and friends by simply clicking here

Our goal is to call for grant requests by the end of year which will be assessed by our highly regarded and impartial panel of experts from around the globe with our Research Advisory Panel.

The Unicorn Foundation will continue to provide patient support through our NET nurse service, support groups and will continue to grow our resources in 2017 as well as continue our lobbying for access to the latest treatments, so watch this space!
