Line dancing to celebrate a very special lady

  • September 30, 2015

View post on imgur.com

On September 13 friends and family joined together to dance, fundraise and celebrate the 65th birthday of our beloved Betty Murdoch.

Special thanks to Simon Ward and Maddy Glover, Australia's top line-dance choreographers and dancers, who lent their skills and time to the day to lead the enthusiastic audience. Betty's teachers and friends Kate and Mark Simpkin did a fantastic job running the playlists and music on the day and an incredible job done by everyone who collected money and ran the fundraising activities.

It was a great day had by all and we really appreciate everyone who contributed to the incredible total of $4,400 for the Unicorn Foundation. Thank you to Betty and her very special husband and supporter Denis and all her family and friends for taking up the cause and making a real difference to patients living with NET Cancer.
